1. Service provider

The reservation service is provided by bloomthgrow.com (sole proprietor, PE), 24 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Office 512, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine, EDRPOU 80701146. Contact: contact@bloomthgrow.com, +380 664 825 2574. Legal representative: Emma Petersen, Managing Director.

2. Use of the website

Use the site lawfully for personal enquiries and reservations. Do not disrupt it, submit false data or copy content without permission.

3. Reservation requests

Submitting the reservation form is a request only. A booking is confirmed when our staff contact you and confirm the date, time, track format and price. The form itself takes no payment.

4. Prices and schedule

Prices are shown in UAH and may change before confirmation. We confirm the final price, session length, availability and the safety, age and height restrictions before your booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the confirmed slot; later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. If we cancel for weather, technical or safety reasons, we offer a new date or a full refund.

6. Participant responsibilities

• Meet the stated age and height limits and follow the safety briefing.
• Do not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
• Follow marshal instructions and track rules at all times.

7. Liability

Karting carries a risk of injury and damage. We are liable for direct loss caused by our fault, up to the value of the confirmed booking. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. Complaints

Write to contact@bloomthgrow.com or call +380 664 825 2574 with your booking details; we reply within 10 business days.

9. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies are set only with your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
