Risks you accept

Karting is a motor sport. Despite precautions, collisions, loss of control, slippery surfaces, noise, fumes and mechanical faults can cause injuries. You drive at your own risk and must judge your own fitness.

Briefing and protective equipment

Attend the safety briefing before your first session and follow all staff and marshal instructions. Helmets and other issued equipment must be worn and fastened throughout. Do not enter the track until staff open it. Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or impairing medication is prohibited.

Participation requirements

• Age and height limits depend on the kart class and are shown at booking; weight and size must match the kart.
• Do not drive with heart conditions, epilepsy, recent surgery, pregnancy, back or neck injuries or similar conditions — consult a doctor.
• Closed flat shoes and close-fitting clothing only; no loose scarves or untied hair.

Minors

Drivers under 18 need written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who accepts this disclaimer and confirms the requirements above. A guardian may be asked to stay on site.

Staff instructions and liability

Staff may stop a session or exclude a driver for unsafe behaviour; no refund is due where rules are broken. We are liable for damage caused by our fault, not for injury from a breach of these rules or risks you accepted. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
