We collect name, phone, email, reservation details, messages, IP address and browser type. We use them to reply, manage reservations, provide support, keep records and prevent fraud, based on consent, pre-contract steps, the service agreement and legal obligations. Records are kept for the service period and up to 24 months afterwards, or longer where law requires. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent by emailing contact@bloomthgrow.com.
